[Android] Pobs v1.3.2 is out!

Version 1.3.2 has been released in Android Market. Change list:
- Minus 2 permissions!
- Install location is now “preferExternal” (SD card)
- Launch icon quality improved
- Content rating changed: Pobs is available for everyone
- Recoil banner added
- Minor bugs fixed
